Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Badge Inventory in Charlotte, NC. You will protect clients, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding site procedures.

This role emphasizes reliable communications, incident reporting, and working with a supportive, goal-driven team. Prior security experience and familiarity with badge systems are preferred; a high school diploma and background check are required.

Formación

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, financial institution policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Badge Inventory in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
