Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document activities per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, entrances, parking areas, and business perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain firearms qualifications and handle assigned equipment per Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Pay Rate: $29.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter, while maintaining awareness of unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and security-related concerns.
• Maintain required firearms qualifications and handle assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable laws, and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least four years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
