Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background investigation required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site procedures and access-control practices.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document observations.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office building interiors, exteriors, and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity; report maintenance issues and security concerns per site procedures.
Assist with directions and inquiries, maintaining a welcoming environment at the property.
