Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at industrial locations.
• Monitor and manage access points by verifying credentials and issuing visitor badges.
• Observe traffic and activity, report unauthorized access and safety concerns to supervision.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
