Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by following site procedures and access-control practices.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, loading docks, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report maintenance concerns and policy violations.
• Assist tenants and visitors with directions and security-related inquiries.
