Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access control systems and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and authorization requirements for entry to designated areas.
• Manage visitor, contractor, and delivery access in accordance with site procedures, including issuing and collecting access badges or credentials.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, lobby areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
