Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Criminal background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and document entry/exit activity.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading docks, and perimeter areas.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation for site leadership.
