A leading cybersecurity company in the United States is seeking Professional Services Engineers to support clients with Fortinet products. As a consultant, you will assist clients in daily operations, develop procedures for upgrades, and conduct training sessions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network security, including familiarity with Fortinet solutions, and must possess excellent communication skills. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support and/or administration.
• 5+ years experience with Network Security Products.
• 2+ years experience with Fortinet products.

Responsibilities

• Assist client staff with daily Fortinet product operations.
• Develop methods of procedure (MOPs) for migrations and upgrades.
• Train and provide knowledge transfer to client staff.
