Job summary

Target Corp is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader in Poway, CA. You will lead a security-focused team, respond to incidents, and partner with store leadership to protect assets and ensure a safe guest experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, analyzing shrink trends, and implementing security plans for store events. Must be 18+, with high school diploma; retail LP experience preferred. Training and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Retail loss prevention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, developing, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain consistent operations.
• Observe and provide feedback, hold team members accountable, and recognize good performance.
• Identify theft and shortage trends and develop tactics to reduce shrink and protect profits.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling based on security and theft patterns, including early morning, overnight, evenings and weekends.
• Investigate internal and external loss incidents and implement corrective actions with leadership guidance.
