Target is hiring an Assets Protection Team Leader to safeguard guests, team members and the store, delivering security and service each shift. You will lead a team, manage shortages, and respond to incidents with a focus on preventing loss and maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State or local licensure requirements related to the position.
• Retail or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistency across the team.
• Develop, coach and lead team members to improve skills and performance.
• Identify theft and shortage trends and develop tactics to reduce loss.
• Lead safety culture and mentor staff in procedures and emergency readiness.
• Oversee budgets and merchandise protection devices; coordinate with leaders and partners.
