Target is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader in a fast-paced retail environment. This role focuses on maintaining guest safety, protecting assets, and delivering a trusted store experience.

You will lead a team, respond to incidents, and partner with store leaders on security and loss prevention strategies. The position requires strong leadership, the ability to manage schedules and budgets for protection activities, and a commitment to ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure/other legal requirements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments with a focus on safety.
• Train and hold team accountable for Target’s guest experience and operations.
• Observe, give feedback, and drive improvements in service and security standards.
• Identify theft and shortage trends and develop tactics with leadership to reduce shrink.
• Lead a team of hourly Team Members with coaching and performance management.
• Assist in budgeting and prioritizing merchandise protection needs and devices.
