Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
• Observe and provide feedback to team, driving accountability.
• Manage security and safety processes; participate in crises.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling based on store needs.
• Lead and develop team, coach and retain talent.
• Identify theft and shortage trends; support loss prevention.
