Job summary

Target is hiring an Assets Protection Team Leader in Wilmington, NC. This full-time role leads a security-focused team, oversees loss prevention strategies, and ensures safe and secure store operations across shifts, including early morning and overnight periods.

You will drive incident response, staff development, and collaboration with store leadership to protect guests, team members, and assets while maintaining Target’s guest experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchandise protection budgeting and security devices as needed.
