Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability by ensuring product is in stock and available to guests.
• Maintain a safe and secure culture; lead store response to emergencies and crises.
• Educate store leaders on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures.
• Identify shortage risks and develop strategies to reduce loss and protect assets.
• Lead investigations and participate in training for AP teams and store leadership.
• Develop staffing plans and recruit talent for AP roles across the district/market.
