Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Assets Protection colleagues and set daily/weekly priorities.
• Investigate incidents, prevent future theft, and uphold Target policy.
• Collaborate with store leadership to address shortage priorities and safety plans.
• Deliver training and coaching to improve performance and accountability.
• Serve as a first responder for in-store safety incidents and emergencies.
