Role Description

We're looking for aSecurity Integration Sales Executiveto join our growing team. This on-site role is perfect for a results-driven, tech-savvy sales professional passionate about helping organizations protect their people, property, and operations.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored security solutions, and building strong, long-term client relationships. This is a high-impact role with direct access to company leadership, competitive compensation, and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new B2B sales in commercial, industrial, and government sectors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals based on client security needs
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to scope, price, and deliver solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client sites

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of prooven experience in security integration sales or related tech/IT sales
  • Strong knowledge of systems like DSC, Honeywell, Bosch, or similar
  • Proven track record of lead generation and closing new business
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Existing book of business or client contacts in security/IT
  • Technical certifications or hands-on understanding of physical security design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Competitive base salary plusuncapped commission
