Job Description
Join Clearent by Xplor as an Outside Sales Account Executive in Houston, TX, to make a meaningful impact daily. Your role involves enriching customer experiences through various interactions and contributions.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
  2. Collaborating with Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments for onboarding
  3. Managing your pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce
  4. Preparing presentations and proposals via electronic applications
  5. Educating merchants and business owners about the payment processing industry
  6. Maintaining regular communication with sales leadership
  7. Closing sales to meet minimum requirements
  8. Compensation is commission-based

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Hunter mentality, professional demeanor, integrity, high urgency
  • Proactive lead sourcing skills (prospecting, cold-calling, networking)
  • Self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve

  • Location: Fully remote with eligible work rights and regional presence
