What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify LTS targets and lead senior-level conversations regarding legal transformation
- Drive the sales cycle to enhance LTS offerings and boost revenue for broader service lines
- Utilize professional networks to pursue new LTS opportunities directly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the LTS consulting and delivery organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales experience
- 5+ years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services
- Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
