Growthspace, an innovative SaaS startup, is seeking a Sales Executive, Strategic Accounts responsible for identifying and securing new business from Enterprise and Fortune 1000 accounts. The role is fully remote, with domestic travel up to 20%, reporting directly to the Vice President, Strategic Account Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and develop new business, focusing on Enterprise and Fortune 1,000 clients (20,000+ employees).
- Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to ensure high conversion rates from MQL to SQL and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain a network of referral partners and brand ambassadors to expand the deal pipeline.
- Understand the roles of key stakeholders such as CLO, CHRO, L&D Leader, OD Leader, OE Leader, etc.
- Stay updated on trends in L&D, talent development, and HR technology.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and handover to Customer Success Teams.
- Present and demonstrate Growthspace’s value proposition through tailored proposals, presentations, and platform demos.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in technology sales or account management.
- Experience in an SDR/BDR role is desirable; promotion from SDR/BDR to Sales Executive within the same company is a plus.
- Recognition for achievements, such as President’s Club.
- Proven hunter and consultative seller, preferably in HR tech or L&D.
- Understanding of the global HR and L&D space is preferred; eagerness to learn is essential.
- Strong collaborative selling skills and openness to new ideas.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation.
