What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively generate leads and develop new business focused on Enterprise and Fortune 1000 clients
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance conversion rates and marketing effectiveness
- Maintain a network of referral partners and brand ambassadors to drive deal pipeline
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiations and handover to Customer Success Teams
- Present and demonstrate the employer's unique value proposition through tailored proposals and technology demos

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of relevant technology sales or account management experience
- Previous experience in an SDR/BDR role or equivalent is desired
- Proven track record of achievements and recognitions, such as President's Club
- Strong consultative selling skills, preferably in the HR tech or L&D space
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the HR tech or L&D space
- General understanding of the global HR and/or L&D landscape
- Openness to exploring innovative communication and selling techniques
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation and determination
