Loyal Source is seeking a Service/Permit Coordinator (Security Equipment Installations) for our team in Louisville, Kentucky. The role centers on coordinating with clients to schedule services and installations, order parts, process billing, and follow up on tickets related to security equipment installations.

You will also maintain inventory in company vehicles and assist in obtaining city permits. This is a notional opportunity with training provided to ensure success in these responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a Coordinator or Dispatcher position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong phone communication skills.
