Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to partner with project managers on planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities within the Installation group. You will ensure services are delivered accurately and on time, while maintaining strong communication with Clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

You will support PMs, manage documentation, and help with on-site coordination for construction and large-scale projects, contributing to successful installations and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years' experience as a project or construction engineer and/or project coordinator assisting on simultaneous projects.
• Experience working on/at construction sites and scheduling/negotiating with General Contractors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and processes for providing project management support.
• Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Project Managers with duties and communication on their assigned projects.
• Assist in coordinating and communicating needs among Kastle departments and clients.
• Assist in contract review, proposals, and amendments as warranted.
• Assist in coordinating security system consultation and other services.
• Generate project schedules, progress reports, and billing directions to ensure timely invoicing.
