Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Project Manager to plan, schedule, and coordinate installation of access control and video projects within the Customer & Operations/Installation group. You will serve as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate information sharing and successful project delivery.

The role requires involvement in coordinating activities with customers, managing milestones, and ensuring projects stay on budget while meeting client

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing multiple projects
• Experience on/at construction sites and coordinating with General Contractors
• Understanding of IT networks and systems for video networking/installation
• Knowledge of project management principles and customer service processes

Responsibilities

• Act as project liaison between Kastle departments and the customer during implementation.
• Develop and maintain a master installation calendar to meet milestones and revenue goals.
• Initiate contract review and implement follow-up proposals and amendments as warranted.
• Monitor costs to ensure the project stays within budget and margins.
• Provide security system consultation and other services as requested by the customer.
• Generate project schedules, oversee floor plan creation, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams on billing directions and ensure timely progress and final billing.
• Schedule and confer with departments, building and tenant representatives to resolve issues and prevent delays.
• Provide regular progress updates and solicit feedback to overcome barriers to timely execution.
• Keep project documentation complete and ready for turnover to Customer Service.
