Kastle Systems is seeking a Project Manager in the Customer & Operations/Installation group to plan, schedule and coordinate installation of Access Control and Video projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

You will act as liaison among Kastle departments and clients, manage milestones and budgets, prepare proposals, and provide regular progress updates while maintaining complete project documentation for a smooth turnover.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years’ successful experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working on/at construction sites and scheduling/negotiating with General Contractors.
• Understanding of IT networks and systems for video camera networking/installation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management support principles and processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Aufgaben

• Act as project liaison between Kastle departments and the Customer during implementation, coordinating needs and expectations.
• Develop and maintain a master installation calendar to meet dates and revenue goals.
• Initiate contract reviews, proposals and amendments as warranted.
• Monitor costs and ensure projects stay within budget with positive margins.
• Provide client training on Kastle systems and lead hand-off to Customer Service.
• Maintain complete project documentation and deliver complete dossiers for turnover.
