• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and relay visitor information to designated personnel.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and communications systems; report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents or emergencies and assist with emergency response as directed.

As a Security Guard Full Time Reception Desk in West Jefferson, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while managing visitor access, monitoring entry activity, and communicating important information. You will help support a secure environment through exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at the front desk of a manufacturing and industrial location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in records, and directing guests to appropriate contacts or areas.
• Answer incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor arrivals, access concerns, and routine information to designated personnel.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and/or communications systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and supporting emergency response activities as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
