Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigations will be conducted as required by federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, maintain visitor records, and direct guests according to site procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, access control systems, alarms, cameras, and communications equipment; report unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, answer phones, provide general information, and support a professional and welcoming workplace environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
