• Monitor access to the location, observe lobby activity, and report suspicious or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate professionally with building personnel and leadership.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge system experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
