Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and verifying visitor/contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activities per site procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs and communicate relevant security information to leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $18.67 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entrances, verifying visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and reporting unusual activity or access issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
