As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Visitor Management in Westerville, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a financial institution, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor lobby activity, and provide professional communication and customer service. You will help maintain a secure, welcoming environment while responding to security-related concerns and supporting daily operations. Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify identification and appointment details, and direct guests in accordance with location access procedures.
• Monitor visitor access, issue and collect visitor credentials, maintain accurate visitor logs, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of lobby and entry activity to help deter unauthorized access and support a professional, welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
