Job summary

Allied Universal® in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Access Badge Support. You will safeguard clients across tech/media/telecom locations, perform patrols, monitor access, and provide customer service.

Responsibilities include documenting incidents and maintaining reports for site leadership. You will work daytime/night shifts on a full-time schedule and must meet minimum requirements such as badge experience, computer use, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include access control/badge experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a tech/media/telecom site.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, document observations and notify sites.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports for leadership.
