Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required per policy.
• A valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior/exterior areas and perimeters to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and escalate as needed to appropriate personnel.
• Assist in maintaining a professional environment by directing guests and reporting concerns to leadership.
