Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer for Access Control in Olive Branch, MS. You will safeguard clients across tech/media/telecom facilities, provide excellent customer service, and support access control procedures at a site-focused location.

The role offers flexible day schedules, a focus on security best practices, and opportunities to grow within a leading facility services company. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and training is provided.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license required per policy.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen required.
Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
Driving positions require valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter.
Monitor access points and support visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
