Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, documenting observations and notifying emergency services or site contacts as required.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports and communicate information to leadership and on-site personnel.
