Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Guard Driver Badge Services Patrol in Olive Branch, MS. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

This position emphasizes site-specific policies, incident response, and documenting observations using our technology. A valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible part-time schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the technology facility, including exterior perimeters, entry points, parking areas, and common areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment for employees, contractors, and visitors while communicating professionally with site personnel and emergency responders.
