Job summary

Delta Security Service in the Phoenix area is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our client base across Arizona. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, prepare proposals, and grow recurring security contracts for commercial properties, HOAs, and more.

This outside sales role emphasizes building long-term relationships and meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets while coordinating with operations for tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and site visits
• Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, owners, HOA organizations and decision-makers
• Prepare and deliver security service proposals
• Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings
• Coordinate with operations to tailor security solutions
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
