Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead security operations across assigned client accounts in the Denver area.

You will be responsible for meeting contractual obligations, driving client satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence through effective leadership and financial oversight. You will supervise staffing, conduct training, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while pursuing growth opportunities and maintaining strong client

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations and client contract services for the Guarding division.
• Maintain fiscal performance with strong P&L management.
• Ensure audit procedures comply with government regulations.
• Recruit and interview staff to meet guarding client needs.
• Execute operations and training per corporate procedures.
• Meet with customers regularly to align goals and objectives.
• Develop client relations and pursue new business opportunities.
• Set scheduling requirements for staff; ensure coverage and client service quality.
• Train staff, manage performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare reports and respond to questions with thorough documentation.
• Follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Support SVP needs and client activity with additional duties as assigned.
