Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and oversee security operations for assigned region or client accounts.

• Maintain fiscal parameters and strong P&L management.
• Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate staff; discipline as needed.
• Develop client relations and pursue new business opportunities.
• Establish scheduling and coverage for staff; respond to call-offs.
• Prepare reports and documentation; ensure safety and compliance.
