Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a Program Director who will report to the General Manager and supervise both armed and unarmed security officers.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship management and effective on-site team oversight across all shifts. You will direct site personnel, ensure policy compliance, and serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with the General Manager and site teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5–10 years of security experience with 4+ years in a supervisory role.
• Must possess an armed security officer license/permit.
• Active state security license/guard card or eligibility to obtain before start (California).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and MVR checks.
• Proficiency with CCTV/VMS and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs performance of site personnel across all shifts.
• Ensures compliance with Prosegur policies, client expectations, and laws.
• Primary client contact; conducts regular check-ins and reviews.
• Conducts inspections and quality checks across posts to maintain safety.
• Manages scheduling, timekeeping, attendance for coverage.
• Reviews reports and logs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Responds to emergencies and incidents with oversight to supervisors.
• Coaches and mentors team members for accountability and professionalism.
• Assists in hiring and ongoing training of site personnel.
• Enforces policies and client procedures consistently.
• Monitors compliance with laws and site policies.
• Monitors equipment readiness and inventory; approves purchases.
• Leads continuous improvement and cost-effective scheduling.
