Job summary

Securitas, Inc. in Denver is seeking a District Manager to lead a large, diverse, high-volume multi-site book of business. You will oversee operations across multiple sites, strengthen client relationships, and drive portfolio performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proven track record managing P&L, and the ability to allocate resources effectively. You will coach supervisors and account managers, ensure safe, compliant operations, and focus on growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, account managers, and field teams.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation across multiple sites.
• Manage district financial performance, including full P&L responsibility.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as required.
