Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Safe and Secure Associate in the United States, Georgia region. The role involves guarding facility gates, documenting vehicle movements, and serving as the on-site face to associates, vendors, and visitors.

You will follow safety protocols, participate in incident response, and support inventory control with strong communication and collaboration. Candidates should demonstrate customer-service experience, conflict resolution, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing security or safety roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to de-escalate conflicts and make sound decisions in a busy environment.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate with teams to protect people and assets.
• Comfort with routine patrols, incident reporting, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement at gates and document entry/exit of vehicles.
• Interact with associates, vendors, and visitors as the Carvana face on site.
• Lead with effective communication and act as an active listener.
• Patrol Inspection Center and facility yards; document security or safety concerns.
• Be trained on first aid, CPR, and AED; assist as needed.
• Collaborate with team leads to handle badge creation and CCTV reviews.
• Uphold incident response protocols and promote incident readiness.
• De-escalate situations and uphold Carvana values during operations.
• Enforce Safe and Secure Principles for access control and security procedures.
• Operate SAS App and RFID tech; deliver service-oriented security.
