Job summary

Carvana in Fairburn, GA is seeking a Safe and Secure Associate to protect people, assets and inventory at the facility. You will manage entry/exit, patrol the yard, and uphold incident response protocols while delivering a service-first security presence.

Responsibilities include documenting movement of vehicles, coordinating with team leads, de-escalating situations, and maintaining safety standards with CCTV/RFID tools. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds; 18+; 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience within a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of strong decision-making in a complex environment.
• Ability to relate well with others and establish strong working relationships.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to handle conflict situations in a positive way.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.
• Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Lead with effective communication with team, partners, and customers.
• Conduct routine patrols of the Inspection Center and Logistics facility yard and buildings, documenting security/safety concerns.
• Become trained on life saving measures such as first aid, CPR, and AED.
• Partner with Team Lead and Manager to remedy requests for badge creation, CCTV review, etc.
• Promote an incident-ready focus and understand Incident Response Protocol.
