Qualifications

• Strong experience analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and producing senior‑leader decision products.
• Experience working with classified and unclassified Government information systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Air Force, Air National Guard, joint, or service‑level readiness processes is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a headquarters environment with recurring suspense‑driven reporting requirements.

• Identify readiness trends, capability gaps, shortfalls, and risks and develop recommended corrective actions or strategic approaches.
• Integrate manpower, training, resource, and operational data into reports, visualizations, briefings, and recurring readiness products.
• Coordinate with the Functional Area Manager, field units, training/program stakeholders, and mission partners and prepare status reports, AARs, and senior-leader analytical products.

Job description

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Work Location: ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.

Work Schedule: 0800-1600, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. Federal holidays and Government-directed closures.

Telework / Remote Status: Onsite availability at ANGRC is required to coordinate classified readiness reporting with the Government Functional Area Manager. Situational telework may be authorized only when consistent with mission and security requirements.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Security and Access

This position requires access to classified readiness information. The selected candidate must possess and maintain the personnel security clearance and Government access necessary to perform assigned duties. An active DoD Secret clearance or higher is strongly preferred.

Travel

Travel may be required to Air National Guard, U.S. Air Force, or other approved locations when authorized in support of the mission.
