TACFI Consulting LLC is seeking a Compliance & Workflow Analyst to support Air National Guard Security Forces staff actions, inspections, compliance programs, process management, and reporting. Qualifications

  • Experience in program analysis, compliance, workflow management, staff-action coordination, inspections, quality control, or federal administrative operations.
  • Strong data-analysis, reporting, documentation, and process-improvement skills.
  • Experience with task-management, inspection, compliance, records, or collaboration platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority actions and meet firm Government suspense dates.
  • DoD, Air Force, Air National Guard, or federal headquarters experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track staff actions, workflow processes, policy updates, office procedures, and recurring program requirements.
  • Support inspection and assurance programs, corrective-action tracking, compliance monitoring, and related reporting.
  • Collect, reconcile, validate, and analyze operational and program data from multiple sources.
  • Develop reports, metrics, visualizations, and trend analyses that identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control of data, records, reports, and recurring deliverables.
  • Maintain process documentation and continuity materials, coordinate across functional areas, and prepare monthly reports, briefings, workshop support, and AARs.

Job description

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Work Location: ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.

Work Schedule: 0800-1600, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. Federal holidays and Government-directed closures.

Telework / Remote Status: Onsite availability at ANGRC is required to coordinate staffing and workflow activities with Air National Guard leadership and division personnel. Situational telework may be authorized by the Government when appropriate.

This position is contingent upon contract award

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Security and Access

Must be able to obtain and maintain the personnel security clearance, background investigation, credentials, and system access required for assigned duties. An active DoD Secret clearance or higher is preferred.

Travel

Travel may be required to Air National Guard, U.S. Air Force, or other approved locations when authorized in support of the mission.
