Job summary

TACFI Consulting is seeking a Defensive Base Operations / Electronic Security Systems (ESS) & IT Analyst to support Security Forces technical programs, electronic security systems, defensive base operations, IT integration, lifecycle planning, cybersecurity compliance, and modernization activities.

Role involves coordinating with Government stakeholders, site visits, training development, briefings, and program reporting, with telework eligibility and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting electronic security systems, physical security technology, IT systems, cybersecurity, or related technical programs.
• Working knowledge of access control, intrusion detection, surveillance, or other protective technologies is highly desirable.
• Experience with cybersecurity risk management, system authorization, compliance, or technical documentation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Experience supporting secure DoD, Air Force, Air National Guard, or federal environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and technical support for defensive base operations, electronic security systems, and associated IT programs.
• Support inventory, configuration, lifecycle, requirements, and technical documentation for security and mission systems.
• Review technical configurations, system-support needs, program requirements, and impediments and recommend courses of action.
• Support cybersecurity risk-management, authorization, compliance, and technical coordination activities.
• Assist with market research, cost-estimate support, test/evaluation coordination, fielding, and lifecycle planning.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and support site visits, training development, briefings, AARs, and recurring program reporting.

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Work Location: ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, or another Government-approved location, as authorized.

Work Schedule: 0800-1600, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. Federal holidays and Government-directed closures.

Telework / Remote Status: Telework eligible when approved by the Government and consistent with mission requirements. Site visits and in-person coordination may be required.

Security and Access

Must be able to obtain and maintain the personnel security clearance, background investigation, credentials, and system access required for assigned duties.
