Job summary

TACFI Consulting is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Air National Guard Security Forces requirements, equipment, logistics, policy, and program execution. The role involves analytical support for equipment requirements, lifecycle tracking, policy maintenance, and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include tracking equipment, supporting requirements development, and preparing reports and briefings to ensure readiness and compliance with government standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, equipment management, requirements analysis, program management, or related defense/federal support.
• Experience with Government procurement support, asset tracking, inventory, lifecycle management, or requirements documentation is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring actions and meet short suspense timelines with high accuracy.
• DoD, Department of the Air Force, or Air National Guard experience is preferred.

• Review equipment and unfunded requirement submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Air National Guard, Air Force, major command, and other Government stakeholders on requirements and logistics matters.
• Prepare progress reports, briefings, presentations, after-action documentation, and continuity materials.

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Work Location: Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC), Joint Base Andrews, or another Government-approved location, as authorized.

Work Schedule: 0800-1600, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. Federal holidays and Government-directed closures.

Telework / Remote Status: Telework eligible when approved by the Government and consistent with mission requirements.

Security and Access
