Job summary

TACFI Consulting is seeking a Programming & Resources Analyst to support Air National Guard resource planning, budget execution, manpower analysis, program tracking, and enterprise coordination. The analyst will deliver data-driven resource analysis, accountability, recurring reporting, and program-management activities.

Primary work locations include ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, or other Government-approved sites; telework is eligible when approved by the Government and aligned with mission

Qualifications

  • Experience in resource management, budgeting, or program analysis.
  • Strong spreadsheet, data analysis, dashboards, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with planning, programming, budgeting, execution in government resource-management is desirable.
  • Ability to translate complex financial and program data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Support programming, budgeting, resource management, manpower, equipment, and technology-related analysis.
  • Assist with tracking operations and maintenance funding, resource execution, manpower considerations, and unfunded requirements.
  • Provide financial and program analysis, historical records, documentation, and status reporting for planning and programming decisions.
  • Monitor program actions, milestones, maintenance or contract-support activities, and recurring reporting requirements.
  • Analyze resource data, identify trends or shortfalls, and prepare written findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with ANG, AF, MAJCOM and other government stakeholders and prepare briefings and after-action reports.

Job description

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Work Location: ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, or another Government-approved location, as authorized.

Work Schedule: 0800-1600, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. Federal holidays and Government-directed closures.

Telework / Remote Status: Telework eligible when approved by the Government and consistent with mission requirements.

Position Summary

TACFI Consulting is seeking a Programming & Resources Analyst to support Air National Guard Security Forces resource planning, budget execution, manpower analysis, program tracking, and enterprise coordination. The analyst will support leaders with data-driven resource analysis, accountability, recurring reporting, and program-management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support programming, budgeting, resource management, manpower, equipment, and technology-related analysis.
  • Assist with tracking operations and maintenance funding, resource execution, manpower considerations, and unfunded requirements.
  • Provide financial and program analysis, historical records, documentation, and status reporting to support planning and programming decisions.
  • Monitor program actions, milestones, maintenance or contract-support activities, and recurring reporting requirements.
  • Analyze resource data, identify trends or shortfalls, and prepare clear written findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Air National Guard, Air Force, major command, and other Government stakeholders and prepare briefings and after-action reports.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in resource management, budgeting, financial analysis, program analysis, manpower planning, or related federal/DoD support.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis, dashboards, reporting, and executive-level communication.
  • Experience supporting planning, programming, budgeting, execution, or similar Government resource-management processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to translate complex financial and program data into actionable recommendations.
  • DoD, Department of the Air Force, or Air National Guard experience is preferred.
Security and Access

Must be able to obtain and maintain the personnel security clearance, background investigation, credentials, and system access required for assigned duties.

Travel

Travel may be required to Air National Guard, U.S. Air Force, or other approved locations when authorized in support of the mission.
