Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Project Specialist in San Antonio, TX. You will install, program, test, repair, and service a range of systems including security and life-safety with minimal supervision. You’ll collaborate with customers and colleagues to deliver installation support and training.

The role emphasizes a strong customer focus, integrity, and growth within a values-driven culture. On-site work and occasional travel may be required across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and wiring access control, network cameras, door hardware, panel installation & wiring, and programming of door and camera additions.
• Comfortability performing test and inspect on fire systems.
• Solid understanding of blueprints, schematics, and wiring methods.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service security, fire alarm & life safety systems with minimal guidance.
• Provide technical installation support and training to customers and colleagues.
• Interpret manuals and wiring diagrams to install and repair equipment.
• Take ownership of onsite projects including safety, quality and performance.
• Assist or train less experienced installers and escalate complex issues.
