Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Police/Corrections training hours or equivalent experience.
• Military Police experience is acceptable.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving history meeting policy.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use client systems.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and professionally.
• Excellent customer service and professional presentation.
• Work in varied environments and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a shift.
• Directly supervise security officers on the shift and coach staff.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
