Job summary

Allied Universal on assignment in the United States seeks a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security services on a designated shift at an assigned customer site. The role involves supervising staff, coaching and disciplining within approved guidelines, and serving as a liaison with the Account Manager and Field Operations Manager to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must be able to prepare neat, legible reports/logs and follow operating procedures.
• Driving positions require a valid license, clean driving record, and required insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of high-quality security services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Respond to crises calmly and efficiently while maintaining customer service standards.
