Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to support on-site supervision of Security Professionals across remotely managed accounts. You will work with Operations Managers to ensure coverage and maintain service quality.

The role requires mentoring staff, conducting post inspections, coordinating scheduling, and reporting issues. Strong communication and judgment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience.
• No major violations within last 36 months; no more than one at-fault accident in last 24 months.
• No more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including clients.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees or when post orders change.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes as needed.
• Identify personnel problems and forward to management; may assist investigations.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgments as directed.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and coordinate with management.
